Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A prepayment of 50% deposit is required after confirmation.
• Full payment must be made no later than arrival date.
• Please note that any bank or wire transfer fees incurred are not covered by us and are the client's responsibility.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds are available for cancelations up to 30 days in advance.
• Cancelation within 14 to 30 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the deposited amount.
• Cancelation less than 14 days before the arrival date will be charged 100%.
• Cancelation or no-show cannot be amending the travel date.
• This price is not applicable for long public holidays or peak season (Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben Festival, Water Festival and New Year Eve).

3. Responsibilities & Liability

• We aim to maintain a high standard of service for every tour. However, we reserve the right not to offer refunds or accept liability for any damages or losses caused by natural disasters, unforeseen disruptions, cancellations of air, land, or sea transportation, or other safety-related concerns.
• Additionally, we are not responsible for any personal injuries, health issues, or personal expenses incurred during the trip.
• If you are unable to leave or enter a country due to personal reasons (such as visa issues or immigration restrictions), our company will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

4. Child Policy

• Child under 5 years old is free of charge.
• Child 5-11 years old is 50% charge of adult fare (without bed).
• Child 5-11 years old is 75% charge of adult fare (have own bed).
• Child 12 years old and above considered as adult and charge 100%.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.

6. Changes to Terms

JCY Tour and Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
