Day 1

Arrive Siem Reap Angkor International Airport

  • Arrival at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport
  • Meet and greeted by our English-speaking tour guide and transfer to the hotel in Siem Reap
  • Free time for leisure, enjoy the nightlife at Pub Street is the hub of activity when night falls in Siem Reap

Day 2

Siem Reap – Angkor Wat – Small Circuit

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
  • Start to visit the magnificent Angkor Wat temple is a temple complex in Cambodia and the largest religious monument in the world, which built in the early 12th century by king Suryavarman II as a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Vishnu for the Khmer Empire and it gradually transformed into a Buddhist temple.
  • Visit the fabulous Ta Prohm temple, famously embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees.
  • Enjoy lunch at a clean and comfortable restaurant
  • Go to visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire. This fortified city was built by king Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century.
  • Next, visit Bayon Temple, a richly decorated Khmer temple associated with Buddhism. It was built in the late 12th or early 13th century as the state temple of King Jayavarman VII.
  • Visit Baphuon Temple, a Hindu temple built in the mid-11th century, predating Angkor Wat.
  • Visit Phimeanakas, a pyramid-shaped Hindu temple built in the late 10th century, located within the ancient Royal Palace enclosure of Angkor Thom.
  • Visit the Terrace of the Elephants, part of the walled city of Angkor Thom. It was used by Angkor’s king Jayavarman VII as a platform to view his victorious returning army.
  • Then visit the terrace of the Leper King, located just north of the Terrace of the Elephants.
  • Afterward, continue to Phnom Bakheng, and climb the hill to wait for a stunning sunset view. Phnom Bakheng is the most popular tourist spot for sunset views of the Angkor Wat temple, which lies amidst the jungle about 1.5km to the southeast.
  • Enjoy dinner and then transfer back to the hotel

    Note: Due to the limited number of tourists allowed at Phnom Bakheng during peak times, we require you to start climbing a bit earlier. Please be prepared for a longer wait to watch the sunset, which can take around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.

    Optional (Excluded): Shadow Puppet Performance: Experience the magic of Khmer storytelling through shadow puppetry, using light and leather. It is an ancient art in Cambodia. After the show, you can try your hand at traditional string puppets. Showtime is at 7:00pm

Day 3

Angkor Wat Sunrise – Big Circuit

  • Start the tour early at 4:30 AM to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat, an unforgettable experience as the temple is gradually illuminated by the morning light. After sunrise, return to the hotel for breakfast before continuing the day’s tour.
  • Visit Banteay Srei Temple is one of the most popular temples in Siem Reap. It’s known as the “ladies temple” which built from the pink and red sandstone in half of 10th century dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva.
  • Continue to visit Banteay Samre temple was built during the reign of Suryavarman II and Yasovarman II in the early 12th century.
  • Have a short visit at Preah Dak village is a hidden gem that offers visitors with an authentic experience that showcase the beauty of Khmer culture.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
  • Visit Preah Khan temple which built by King Jayavarman VII to honor his farther.
  • Continue to visit Neak Pean is a small island temple located in the middle of the last Barray, which was associated with Preah Khan temple, built during the reign of King Jayavarman VII.
  • The last visit is to Pre Rup temple was built in late 10th century and dedicated to Hindu gods. Pre Rup temple means Turn the Body, which reflects the common belief among Cambodians that funerals were conducted at the temple.
  • Enjoy dinner and then transfer to the hotel

Day 4

Kampong Phluk – Silk Farm

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
  • Start to visit Kampong Phluk is a floating village and flooded mangrove forest on the Tonle Sap Lake. Many houses and buildings are constructed on the long stilts ranging from 6m to 9m to accommodate the changes in water level between wet and dry seasons.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
  • Go to visit the Angkor Silk Farm, located in Pouk District about 16km from Siem Reap. Take the tour to see how silk is both produced and woven into traditional Khmer fabrics. The Angkor Silk Farm also features a large showroom where you can buy high-quality silk products that were made in the workshops.
  • Stroll around the Old Market, looking for souvenirs and bargain prices with vendors like a local.
  • Enjoy dinner and then transfer to the hotel

    Optional (Excluded): Ox Cart Ride: Enjoy a 30-minute ox cart ride in Bakong village, where you can witness the daily life of local people. Along the way, take in the scenic views of rice paddies, seasonal farming activities, and the natural beauty of the Cambodian countryside. The ox cart has long been an important part of Cambodian culture, serving as a traditional mode of transport for the Khmer people since ancient times. Experience with Cambodian Cooking Class: The class will take around 3 hours, learning to cook Khmer cuisine like a local from a local chef. The chef will take you to a local market to buy some vegetables, fruits and ingredients. This is an opportunity to discover the way of local people living.
