Day 1

Arrive Siem Reap Angkor International Airport

  • Arrival at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport
  • Meet and greeted by our English-speaking tour guide and transfer to the hotel in Siem Reap
  • Free time for leisure, enjoy the nightlife at Pub Street

Day 2

Siem Reap – Angkor Wat – Small Circuit

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
  • Start to visit the magnificent Angkor Wat temple is a temple complex in Cambodia and the largest religious monument in the world, which built in the early 12th century by king Suryavarman II as a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Vishnu for the Khmer Empire and it gradually transformed into a Buddhist temple.
  • Visit the fabulous Ta Prohm temple, famously embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees.
  • Enjoy lunch at a clean and comfortable restaurant
  • Go to visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire. This fortified city was built by king Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century.
  • Next, visit Bayon Temple, a richly decorated Khmer temple associated with Buddhism. It was built in the late 12th or early 13th century as the state temple of King Jayavarman VII.
  • Visit Baphuon Temple, a Hindu temple built in the mid-11th century, predating Angkor Wat.
  • Visit Phimeanakas, a pyramid-shaped Hindu temple built in the late 10th century, located within the ancient Royal Palace enclosure of Angkor Thom.
  • Visit the Terrace of the Elephants, part of the walled city of Angkor Thom. It was used by Angkor’s king Jayavarman VII as a platform to view his victorious returning army.
  • Then visit the terrace of the Leper King, located just north of the Terrace of the Elephants.
  • Afterward, continue to Phnom Bakheng, and climb the hill to wait for a stunning sunset view. Phnom Bakheng is the most popular tourist spot for sunset views of the Angkor Wat temple, which lies amidst the jungle about 1.5km to the southeast.
  • Enjoy dinner and then transfer back to the hotel

    Note: Due to the limited number of tourists allowed at Phnom Bakheng during peak times, we require you to start climbing a bit earlier. Please be prepared for a longer wait to watch the sunset, which can take around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.

    Optional (Excluded): Shadow Puppet Performance: Experience the magic of Khmer storytelling through shadow puppetry, using light and leather. It is an ancient art in Cambodia. After the show, you can try your hand at traditional string puppets. Showtime is at 7:00pm. - Phare Circus: more than just a circus, the Cambodian circus performers blend theater, music, dance and modern circus arts to tell uniquely Cambodian stories, historical, folk and modern. The young performers will astonish you with their energy, emotion, and talent, delivering an unforgettable cultural experience. Showtime is at 8:00pm

Day 3

Siem Reap – Ek Phnom – Phnom Sampov – Battambang

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
  • Depart from Siem Reap and head to the northwest of Cambodia is Battambang province, about three hours away, passing through some of Cambodia’s most picturesque landscapes.
  • Visit Ek Phnom, an ancient temple built during the reign of King Suryavarman I in the early 11th century.
  • Enjoy lunch at local restaurant
  • Visit local families in the village who sell dried bananas and rice paper. Watch the process of slicing bananas, laying them out to dry on bamboo skewers, and selling them as snacks to travelers. Also, see how rice paper is made and used to prepare the famous and delicious spring rolls.
  • Proceeding to Phnom Sampov, visit the killing field cave and hear about the story of the Khmer Rouge (1975-1979) where over 10 thousand victims were killed. Afterward, discover some temples, a monastery, statues and the breathtaking panoramic views from the summit of Sampov Mountain.
  • Come down to Sampov foothill and waiting to see millions of bats flying out from the cave during sunset, capturing stunning photos and creating unforgettable memories
  • Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and then transfer to the hotel in Battambang province

Day 4

Battambang – Bamboo train – Silk Farm – Siem Reap

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
  • Start the city tour, hear the story from tour guide relevant to the culture, religion, agriculture and folk tales of Battambang and see some historical buildings
  • Head to the symbol statue of Battambang province, Ta Dambong Kra Nhoung
  • Visit the Khmer Ancient Houses, wooden structures over 100 years old. The most common traditional houses in Battambang are called Phtas Pet (hip roof) houses. Built between 1910 and 1920, these houses have stood for nearly a century and remain in excellent condition, beautifully showcasing traditional architecture.
  • Continue to beautiful villages surrounded by rice fields and local life at Ou Srauo Laou, then board the bamboo train. Experience this unique local mode of transport as it takes you through scenic countryside views.
  • Enjoy lunch at local restaurant
  • Depart Battambang to Siem Reap
  • Stop at the Angkor Silk Farm, located at Pouk District about 16km from Siem Reap. Take the tour to see how silk is both produced and woven into traditional Khmer fabrics. The Angkor Silk Fam also features a large showroom where you can buy high quality silk products were made in the workshops.
  • Transfer to Siem Reap city
  • Enjoy dinner and transfer to hotel
