  • Go to visit The Royal Palace of Cambodia, a complex of buildings which serves as the royal residence of the King of Cambodia.
  • Visit The Throne Hall and Silver Pagoda, must-see highlights. The Silver Pagoda houses a priceless collection of Buddha statues and historical artifacts, including the famous Emerald Buddha and the floor covered with more than 5,000 silver tiles.
  • Visit the National Museum – Cambodia’s largest museum of cultural history.
  • Experience a romantic evening sunset cruise at the confluence of the Mekong, Tonle Sap, and Bassac rivers, right in front of the Royal Palace.
  • Enjoy dinner and transfer to the hotel for check-in.
  • Enjoy nightlife at Walk Street in your own style. Note: You must be dressed appropriately for visiting the Royal Palace. Pants or skirt should cover your knees, shirt must cover shoulders, no sleeveless tops or singlets.

  • Visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a museum chronicling the Cambodian genocide. It was used as Security Prison 21 (S21) by the Khmer Rouge from 1975 until 1979.
  • Visit the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, 15km from Phnom Penh city. Once an orchard and Chinese graveyard, it was used by Khmer Rouge as execution ground.
  • Continue shopping at the Central Market (Psar Thmey), an Art Deco building from 1937 with goods sold at bargain prices. Alternative: Tuol Tum Poung Market (Russian Market).
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
  • Transfer back to Prey Vor/Bavet Borders
