Day 1

Arrive Phnom Penh

  • Arrival at Phnom Penh, Techo International Airport
  • Meet and greeted by our English-speaking tour guide and transfer to the hotel in Phnom Penh city

Day 2

Phnom Penh City Tour

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
  • Start to visit Wat Phnom Daun Penh where it is a Buddhist temple pagoda that symbolizes the name of Phnom Penh. Standing 27 meters high on a man-made hill, Wat Phnom is the most significant temple in Phnom Penh.
  • Photo stop at Independence Monument was built in 1958 to memorialize Cambodia's independence from France in 1953.
  • Go to visit The Royal Palace of Cambodia, is a complex of buildings which serves as the royal residence of the King of Cambodia.
  • Visit The Throne Hall and Silver Pagoda are the must-see highlights of the complex. The Silver Pagoda, officially known as Preah Vihear Preah Keo Morakot (Temple of the Emerald Crystal Buddha), is a royal temple that houses a priceless collection of Buddha statues and historical artifacts, including the famous Emerald Buddha and the floor is covered with more than 5,000 silver tiles.
  • Visit the National Museum, Cambodia’s largest museum of cultural history and is the country’s leading historical and archaeological museum.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
  • Visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum is a museum chronicling the Cambodian genocide. The site is a former secondary school that was used as Security Prison 21 (S21) by the Khmer Rouge regime from 1975 until its fall in 1979.
  • The last visit is the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, 15km from Phnom Penh city, which was once an orchard and a Chinese graveyard. It was used by the Khmer Rouge regime as an execution ground to put down thousands of people in mass graves between 1975 and 1979.
  • Have dinner and then transfer to the hotel
  • Note: You must dress appropriately when visiting the Royal Palace. Pants or skirts should cover your knees, and shirts must cover your shoulders – no sleeveless tops or singlets are allowed.

Day 3

Phnom Penh – Tatai Waterfall – Koh Kong

  • Depart from Phnom Penh to Koh Kong province is a hidden gem in southwestern Cambodia known for its lush rainforests, pristine beaches, and stunning islands.
  • Lunch break at a local restaurant
  • Take a private wooden boat to visit Tatai Waterfall, a stunning cascade tucked away in the lush jungle along the Tatai River in Koh Kong Province. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you cruise gently down the river. The water comes from the faraway Cardamom Mountains. It is clean and clear, making cool pools that are great for a relaxing swim in a quiet, peaceful area in nature.
  • Continue to Koh Kong Province and visit the Khun Chhang Historical Stupa, which sits on a rock in the middle of a sea inlet, about 1 km from the town. It’s a special place that shows Cambodia’s rich history and culture.
  • Go to Bakhlorng Beach for leisure and relaxation, and enjoy the stunning sunset view from the shore.
  • Have dinner and then transfer to the hotel in Koh Kong province
  • Enjoy the nightlife of Koh Kong province

Day 4

Koh Kong – Mangrove forest – Phnom Penh

  • After breakfast
  • Begin your visit to Peam Krasop Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area in southwest Cambodia, famous for its large mangrove forests and many small islands, surrounded by winding waterways and bays.
  • Walk along a one-kilometer-long concrete bridge with raised walkways that wind through a lush mangrove forest. Cross a scenic lake via a swing bridge, and enjoy panoramic views from a 15-meter-high observation tower.
  • Return to the entrance gate, enjoying views of the beautiful mangrove forest along the estuary.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
  • Depart from Koh Kong to Phnom Penh city
  • Upon arrival, enjoy dinner and then transfer to hotel for check in
