Day 1

Arrive Phnom Penh

  • Arrival at Phnom Penh, Techo International Airport
  • Meet and greeted by our English-speaking tour guide and transfer to the hotel in Phnom Penh city

Day 2

Phnom Penh City Tour

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
  • Start to visit Wat Phnom Daun Penh where it is a Buddhist temple pagoda that symbolizes the name of Phnom Penh. Standing 27 meters high on a man-made hill, Wat Phnom is the most significant temple in Phnom Penh.
  • Photo stop at Independence Monument was built in 1958 to memorialize Cambodia's independence from France in 1953.
  • Go to visit The Royal Palace of Cambodia, is a complex of buildings which serves as the royal residence of the King of Cambodia.
  • Visit The Throne Hall and Silver Pagoda are the must-see highlights of the complex. The Silver Pagoda, officially known as Preah Vihear Preah Keo Morakot (Temple of the Emerald Crystal Buddha), is a royal temple that houses a priceless collection of Buddha statues and historical artifacts, including the famous Emerald Buddha and the floor is covered with more than 5,000 silver tiles.
  • Visit the National Museum, Cambodia’s largest museum of cultural history and is the country’s leading historical and archaeological museum.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
  • Visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum is a museum chronicling the Cambodian genocide. The site is a former secondary school that was used as Security Prison 21 (S21) by the Khmer Rouge regime from 1975 until its fall in 1979.
  • The last visit is the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, 15km from Phnom Penh city, which was once an orchard and a Chinese graveyard. It was used by the Khmer Rouge regime as an execution ground to put down thousands of people in mass graves between 1975 and 1979.
  • Have dinner and then transfer to the hotel

Phnom Penh – Kep – Pepper Farm – Salt Fields – Kampot Province

  • Depart from Phnom Penh to Kep province
  • Upon arrival, Visit Kep Beach and Sela Cham Pdey Statue, a symbolic sculpture of a nude fisherman's wife gazing out to sea, waiting for her husband’s return, based on a local Cambodian legend. The statue has become an iconic landmark of Kep, representing love, loss, and the enduring spirit of coastal life.
  • Continue your visit at the bustling Kep Crab Market, renowned for its abundance of fresh seafood, especially the famous Kep crab. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere and sample a variety of freshly prepared local seafood dishes.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
  • Go to visit Kampot organic pepper farm is part of a famous local industry that produces what many consider the world’s finest pepper. Learn about the different pepper varieties and cultivation methods, and enjoy free tastings along the way.
  • Visit Trapeang Sangke Community-Based Ecotourism, a popular eco-destination in Kampot. Take a private wooden boat to explore the mangrove forest along the estuary, then stroll along a wooden bridge that winds through the dense mangroves.
  • Afterward, visit the Kampot Salt Fields to learn about the history and culture of sea salt production, as well as the traditional process that has made Kampot’s salt famous. Capture the beautiful scenery and stunning views across the expansive salt fields.
  • Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and then transfer to the hotel for check in

  • Optional (Excluded): Join an evening firefly boat tour in Kampot City to witness the enchanting sight of fireflies along the river. As the sun begins to set, the boat slows down, allowing you to watch the fireflies twinkle in the trees. Day 4

Kampot – Bokor Mountain – Phnom Penh

  • After breakfast
  • Start your visit at the Seahorse Statue, an 8-meter-high fountain spraying water into the Prek Teuk Chhu River. This striking statue is nestled along the serene riverbanks in the charming town of Kampot Province.
  • Then take a trip to the breathtaking Bokor National Park, about 40 km from Kampot town, all the way to the mountaintop. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the winding road and feel the cool, misty weather that covers Bokor Mountain.
  • Bokor Mountain was found by the French in 1917 and developed into a resort in 1921. It was the famous summer retreat for the French elites and the Cambodian royal family.
  • Photo stop at Lok Yeay Mao statue which was constructed in 2010 and is 29 meters high, sitting in a meditation posture and facing the coastal area. Lok Yeay Mao is an important cultural landmark and is believed to be a protective spirit.
  • Continue to visit to Popokvil Waterfall, also known as the “Swirling Clouds Waterfall,” a beautiful two-tiered cascade nestled in Bokor National Park. It is surrounded by stunning scenery and misty landscapes, especially during the rainy season when the water flow is at its peak.
  • Next, visit Wat Sampov Pram “Five Boats Pagoda” is a Buddhist temple perched on a hilltop. Capture a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and green jungle behind the temple that make it a truly memorable experience.
  • Visit the Old Catholic Church, built by the French in the early 1920s as part of the French township on Bokor Mountain. This abandoned church stands as a testament to Cambodia's rich history and architectural heritage. Its interior is surprisingly well preserved.
  • Continue to Le Bokor Palace, which was once a hilltop haven of luxury and fine hospitality. After decades of war, it has become an attractive destination again. This grand colonial building is a historic hotel built by the French in the early 1920s.
  • Have lunch and then go back to Kampot town and continue to Phnom Penh city
  • Upon arrival, have dinner and then transfer to the hotel
