A prepayment of 50% deposit is required after confirmation.
Full payment must be made no later than arrival date.
Please note that any bank or wire transfer fees incurred are not covered by us and are the client's responsibility.
Full refunds are available for cancelations up to 30 days in advance
Cancelation within 14 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the deposited amount
Cancelation less than 14 days before the arrival date will be charged 100%
Cancelation or no-show cannot be amending the travel date
This price is not applicable for long public holidays or peak season (Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben Festival, Water Festival and New Year Eve)
We aim to maintain a high standard of service for every tour. However, we reserve the right not to offer refunds or accept liability for any damages or losses caused by natural disasters, unforeseen disruptions, cancellations of air, land, or sea transportation, or other safety-related concerns.
Additionally, we are not responsible for any personal injuries, health issues, or personal expenses incurred during the trip.
If you are unable to leave or enter a country due to personal reasons (such as visa issues or immigration restrictions), our company will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued.
