Prey Vor/Bavet Border – Siem Reap

  • Arrival at Bavet/Prey Vor Border around 8AM
  • Meet and greet by our English-speaking tour guide, then depart for Siem Reap
  • Enjoy lunch at a clean and comfortable restaurant
  • Upon arrival Siem Reap, Enjoy a buffet dinner with a Khmer traditional dance show
  • Free time in the evening to explore Siem Reap’s nightlife. Pub Street is the heart of Siem Reap’s nightlife, bustling with restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

Day 2

Siem Reap – Angkor Wat – Angkor Thom

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
  • Visit Angkor Wat, Cambodia’s most iconic temple and the largest religious monument in the world. Built in the early 12th century by King Suryavarman II as a Hindu temple for Vishnu, it gradually transformed into a Buddhist temple, featuring stunning bas-reliefs and grand architecture.
  • Explore Ta Prohm temple, known for the massive tree roots that embrace its ruins.
  • Enjoy lunch at a clean and comfortable restaurant
  • Visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the grand entrance to the last capital of the Khmer Empire, built by King Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century. Admire the massive stone faces carved into the gate towers and the intricate reliefs depicting scenes of Khmer history, and imagine the city bustling with life during its golden age.
  • Visit Bayon Temple, a richly decorated state temple of King Jayavarman VII, built in the late 12th or early 13th century. Admire its famous 216 serene stone faces and intricate bas-reliefs depicting daily life and historic battles.
  • Visit Baphuon Temple, a mid-11th century Hindu temple predating Angkor Wat, known for its massive pyramid structure and intricate carvings.
  • Discover Phimeanakas, a 10th-century pyramid temple within Angkor Thom’s Royal Palace, historically reserved for the king.
  • Visit the Terrace of the Elephants, used by King Jayavarman VII to view his victorious army.
  • Visit the Terrace of the Leper king, known for its unique sculptures and rich history.
  • Continue to Phnom Bakheng and hike to the hilltop for a spectacular sunset.
  • Enjoy dinner and return to the hotel

    Note: Due to the limited number of tourists allowed at Phnom Bakheng during peak times, we require the visitor to start climbing a bit earlier. Please be prepared for a longer wait to watch the sunset, which can take around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.

    Optional (Excluded): - Sunrise at Angkor Wat: Start the tour early at 4:30 AM to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat, an unforgettable experience as the temple is gradually illuminated by the morning light.
