Phnom Penh City Tour

  • Start to visit Wat Phnom Daun Penh, a Buddhist temple pagoda symbolizing Phnom Penh, standing 27 meters high.
  • Visit the Royal Palace of Cambodia, a complex of buildings serving as the royal residence of the King of Cambodia, including the Throne Hall and Silver Pagoda.
  • Visit the National Museum, Cambodia’s largest museum of cultural history, housing Khmer art, sculptures, ceramics, bronzes, and ethnographic objects.
  • Visit Independence Monument, built in 1958 to commemorate Cambodia's independence from France.
  • Visit Central Market (Psar Thmey) or Tuol Tum Poung Market (Russian Market) for local handicrafts, clothing, antiques, and art.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
  • Visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former secondary school used as Security Prison 21 (S21) by the Khmer Rouge regime.
  • Visit the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, a memorial site with mass graves and Buddhist stupa filled with more than 5,000 human skulls.
  • Enjoy dinner and transfer to the hotel
  • Note:
    • You must dress appropriately when visiting the Royal Palace. Pants or skirts should cover your knees, and shirts must cover your shoulders.

  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then continue to Battambang Province.
  • Learn about Battambang’s legend of “lost staff” and see the statue of King Dambang Kranhoung
  • Visit Phnom Sampov and the killing field cave, see temples, monastery, statues, and panoramic views from Sampov Mountain.
  • See millions of bats flying from Bats Cave during sunset.
